6 Steps to Your Fingerprint Home

Initial Meetup

This is how it all begins. We start every Fingerprint Homes with an in-person needs assessment. Tell us your vision of a perfect home, and we’ll figure out how to get you there. We’ll discuss finding land to build on, getting real about your budget and creating spaces that fit your future – whether that includes growing your family, working from home or entertaining like an A-lister. Then we’ll guide you to the floor plan that fits.

Tailored Design Creation

This is the fun part! Choose how each room of your new home will look and feel with our online room visualizer tool. It’s super easy to swap wall colors, cabinetry, countertops and more until you hit on the personalized options that suit your style. With thousands of choices and additional in-person support from our expert design team, your Fingerprint Home will be as unique as you are.

Financing and Building Greenlight

This is where it gets real. Meet our lending partners who can provide the financing that fits your needs. You’ll start the mortgage application process, sign off on all build-related paperwork and make the initial deposit to lock in the building materials you’ve chosen. And you’ll give us the go-ahead to start the construction process.

Construction Begins!

This is the exciting part! Once all building permits are approved and financing is in place, we’ll start building your home. You’ll get a detailed construction timeline from our expert crew, as well as constant updates on progress and expectations. In just a few short months, you’ll see the home take shape as our crew produces your unique design.

Warranty and Keys

This is the home stretch! As construction wraps up, our team presents you with complete documentation of your Fingerprint Homes Warranty and all manufacturers’ warranties. We stand beyond our craftsmanship and want to help protect your investment. Then comes the most exciting part: We hand you the keys to your new home!
